Existing or new SurveyMonkey Users may now extend the Galaxy CRM Questionnaires functionality and collect online responses from their audience. Just install the Application and fill in the required Galaxy CRM setup information using the short-lived code.
Create Survey Templates (Questionnaires), Target Groups (Contact collections) and Questionnaire Campaigns in Galaxy CRM, press Upload / Sent and let SurveyMonkey do the rest! Sync all responses back in Galaxy CRM to monitor the results in detailed Dashboards and use them in the Segmentation Studio.
